Running as Administrator

Applicable Versions: ALL

To run a program/shortcut as administrator (Windows Vista/7 only):

1.Right click the program or shortcut you wish to run as administrator.

2.Click Properties.

3.Click the Compatibility tab at the top.

You should now have the following box: (it may vary slightly)

4.Find the box labelled 'run this program as an administrator' (see screenshot above), then click to place a tick.

5.Click OK.
